Information we collect
We collect only what we need to book, perform, and deliver an inspection — plus basic technical data that keeps the website working.
- Identity and contact details you give us: name, phone number, and email.
- Vehicle details: make, model, year, registration or VIN, and any notes you share about the car.
- Booking details: preferred date, WhatsApp messages, and call notes.
- Inspection records: findings, diagnostic readouts, paint-depth readings, photos, videos, and the digital report we issue.
- Payment records: amount paid, method, and invoice number — we do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically by the hosting provider.
How we use it
We use this information to run the inspection service you asked for, not for advertising networks or data brokers.
- Schedule and confirm bookings, including via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- Carry out the inspection and produce your digital report.
- Share the report with you through a unique link or QR code.
- Issue invoices, answer support questions, and follow up on a completed session.
- Improve our centre operations and keep the website secure.
- Comply with Pakistani law, including tax and record-keeping duties.
Inspection reports and photos
A report is a professional record of what we observed on the day. It typically includes vehicle identifiers, technician notes, diagnostic data, and high-resolution images of the vehicle.
We send the report to the person who booked the inspection. If that person shares the public report link, anyone with the link can view it. Treat the link like a document — do not post it publicly if you want it kept private.
We may use anonymised photos (number plates and faces cropped or obscured) in case studies or marketing. We will not publish identifiable customer or vehicle details without consent.
How long we keep it
Booking messages are kept for as long as needed to complete the session and handle follow-up questions. Inspection reports and related photos are kept as operational records — typically for at least two years, and longer if a dispute, warranty question, or legal duty requires it. You can ask us to delete a report we still control; we will do so unless we must retain it.
Security
Report links, photos, and booking records are stored with access limited to our team. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure. If you believe a report link has leaked, contact us and we can rotate or disable it where technically possible.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to send a copy of your report. Write to us at the email above. We may need to verify that the request comes from the person who booked the inspection. We may refuse a deletion request if we must keep the record for legal, tax, or dispute reasons — we will say so.
Children
Our services are for adults booking vehicle inspections. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or our services after that date means you accept the revised policy.
