Who these terms cover
Tweak X Inspect (“we”, “us”) provides lab-grade vehicle inspections at 148 F, Khalid Bin Walid Rd, P.E.C.H.S Block 2, Karachi, 75400, Pakistan. “You” means the person booking or attending an inspection, whether buying, selling, or inspecting a vehicle on someone else’s behalf.
If you book for another person, you confirm you are allowed to share their contact and vehicle details with us.
The service
We inspect vehicles at our centre using diagnostic equipment, visual and structural checks, paint-depth analysis, and — where included in the package — a road test. The scope of each package is described on our Services and Pricing pages.
An inspection is a professional opinion of the vehicle’s condition at the time of the session. It is not a manufacturer warranty, insurance valuation, fitness-for-purpose certificate, or a guarantee that the vehicle will remain in that condition after it leaves our bay.
Booking
Bookings are requests until we confirm a slot. Confirmation may be by WhatsApp, phone, or email. Please arrive on time with the vehicle, keys, and any documents the seller or owner should provide (registration, service history if available).
We may refuse or stop an inspection if the vehicle is unsafe to handle, inaccessible, illegally presented, or if we reasonably believe the booking was made under false pretences.
Fees and payment
Fees are those quoted at booking or shown on our current pricing. Packages, add-ons, and any centre policies (for example cancellation windows) will be confirmed when you book.
Payment is due as agreed at booking — typically before or at the session. We do not release a report until the agreed fee is paid, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Reports
After the session we issue a digital report. It reflects what our technicians observed with the tools and access available that day. Hidden defects, intermittent faults, areas we could not reach, and problems that appear after the inspection can be missed.
The report is for the person who booked the inspection. Sharing the public link is your choice and your risk. Do not treat a Tweak X Inspect report as legal, financial, or investment advice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for bringing a roadworthy vehicle (or disclosing if it is not), having authority to present it for inspection, and telling us about known accidents, floods, engine work, or warning lights before we start.
If a road test is part of the package, you confirm the vehicle is legal to drive and adequately insured for our technician to operate it on public roads around the centre.
Cancellation and no-shows
Please give us reasonable notice if you need to move or cancel a slot so we can offer it to someone else. Repeated no-shows, or cancellations with little notice, may mean we decline future bookings or charge for the reserved bay time if we warned you of that at booking.
Limitation of liability
Vehicle purchases are high-stakes decisions. Our job is to reduce uncertainty with a thorough inspection — not to absorb the commercial risk of the deal.
To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, we are not liable for loss of bargain, loss of profit, or the difference between the price you paid (or received) for a vehicle and its later market value, arising from a missed or disputed finding.
If we are found liable for something we did wrong in performing the inspection, our total liability is limited to the fee you paid us for that inspection. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where the law does not allow that exclusion.
Website use
You may use this site to learn about our service, book a session, and view reports we have issued to you. Do not misuse the site (scraping, attacking, impersonating us, or trying to access other customers’ reports).
Content on the site — including branding, photos, and copy — belongs to Tweak X Inspect or its licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use without our written permission.
Privacy
How we handle personal and vehicle data is described in our Privacy Policy. Booking an inspection means you also accept that policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may still seek injunctive relief elsewhere if needed to protect our brand or reports.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The updated terms apply to bookings made after the new date. Sessions already confirmed stay on the terms in force when we confirmed them, unless a change is required by law.
